The GNCPP will be a democratic Think-Tank developed with the purpose of empowering the Country of Guyana. While it should be noted that empowerment is the overarching goal of this organization the supreme hope is that it will stand as Arch Bearer of the Civil Society and the social partner on the Demand Side with the Political System on the Supply Side of the Sovereign State doing its part of contributing towards building be able to that has plagued this potentially great nation will be effectively remedied in a manner that will allow Guyana to reach its fullest potential in variety of areas.
