Job Summary:

Under minimum supervision, be responsible for the development and execution of marketing plans designed to influence businesses and consumers; assist the Product Manager with developing marketing programs that can boost and transmit products and services for the the client, foster brand identity, intensify the Group’s standing and increase revenue; support the Organizations with marketing activities by demonstrating expertise in various areas, including optimization, advertising, social media, direct marketing and event planning and ensure that the Group is projected as the Leaders in the Industry and Good Corporate Citizens at all times.

Job Requirements:

Demonstrate the knowledge and ability to:

  • Create artwork, including but not limited to, brochures, adverts, flyers, labels, business cards and other marketing collateral
  • Work with Advertising Agencies and external Graphic Artists to determine layout and assist, where needed, with preparing point of sale materials and signage. This includes, but is not limited to, taking photos and editing all promotional and informational materials including brochures, flyers, press ads and feature articles for print where necessary
  • Design and produce highly creative, impactful presentations for new business pitches and client presentations
  • Create shot designs for e-marketing campaigns
  • Design and/or adjust artwork and other documents in line with brand guidelines
  • Effectively manage multiple briefs at a time, prioritizing where necessary and providing updates where relevant
  • Prepare mock-ups for new packaging/brands
  • Assist with developing new products and service opportunities as well as special developments
  • Implement all marketing activities in conformity with organizational goals and objectives
  • Establish goals and objectives in order to reach our customers through appropriate marketing channels (digital and traditional)
  • Promote brand awareness through marketing efforts
  • Analyze marketing data, including campaign results, conversion rates and online traffic in order to improve future marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Undertake daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the Department’s activities
  • Update spreadsheets, databases and inventories with statistical, financial and non-financial information
  • Organize promotional events and traditional or digital campaigns and attend them to facilitate their success
  • Communicate directly with clients and encourage trusting relationships
  • Help identify marketing trends and key opportunities for innovation
  • Analyze questionnaires and other forms of feedback.
  • Ensure that all necessary documentation being submitted is accurate and done on timely basis
  • Ensure that your work station is kept in an organized, clean and tidy manner at all times.
  • Perform any other job related duties as requested by the Directors and Product Manager.
  • Create and manage the organization’s social media profile and presence
  • Create content for social media pages on a daily basis to ensure absolute engagement with customers ; all content must be approved by the Product Manager prior to placement
  • Create, review and edit monthly plans of guidelines for online posts
  • Work with external Graphic Artists when required for artwork needed for content providing them with sufficient lead time
  • Ensure customer generated content is informative and appealing
  • Monitor the Company’s social media platforms and respond in a timely, professional and courteous manner to all messages / comments
  • Manage and oversee all social media content and customer interaction and ensure that inappropriate content is removed
  • Measure the success of every social media campaign with report
  • Submit monthly social media reports
  • Keep abreast of the latest social media best practices and technologies
  • Work with the Product Manager to develop comprehensive social media strategies
  • Use trends effectively to boost brand awareness
  • Provide constructive feedback to the team to ensure better use of social media platforms
  • Choose the best media outlet combination for each campaign
  • Prepare and present campaign proposals to clients
  • Proofread all advertisements and marketing campaigns before release
  • Develop integrated digital media strategies
  • Develop content for broadcast, print, and online distribution channels
  • Ensure that key messages align with vital business strategies
  • Scan media marketplace to keep up-to-date on the latest media trends
  • Monitor all campaigns and report on results
  • Promote additional projects to support new product launches
