Job Presentation
Our Client in the Manufacturing industry is seeking to onboard a Sales Supervisor in the Port of Spain area.

Job Summary:

Oversee daily sales operations and ensure the sales team meets its targets and objectives. Train and mentor sales staff on effective sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer service practices.
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand the customer base and ensure the company’s strong presence in the local market.

KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies aligned with company objectives and targets for the local territory
  • Conduct regular market analysis and research to identify new business opportunities, emerging trends, and competitor activities. Use insights to inform sales strategies and tactics
  • Focus on customer experience and cultivate repeat Proactively address customer needs and concerns to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Develop sales solutions and competitive pricing strategies
  • Set clear sales targets and objectives for the sales Monitor performance against targets and take corrective action as needed to ensure goals are met or exceeded.
  • Recruit, train, and mentor a team of sales representatives to ensure optimal performance and Provide ongoing coaching and support to drive continuous improvement.
  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts and reports on a regular Analyze sales data and trends to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and market Provide product training and support to sales team members as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards in all sales Uphold the highest standards of integrity and professionalism at all times.
  • Contributes to the overall success of the Local Sales Department by performing all other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proven experience in sales management, preferably in a similar industry or market
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies
  • Results-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Proficiency in sales analytics and reporting tools
  • Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within region as needed
