Work Type: 100% freelance.

Work Mode: Home based (remote) with a compromise of ON-SITE weekly meetings as required by schedule.

Office Location: Avenida Escazú, Costa Rica

Utilities: Phone and computer provide by the company

Travel: Must be willing to travel within national as international


Job Summary:

To promote, advocate and marketeer Intangience to learning institutions, students, emerging entrepreneurs, companies and government institutions.


Job Requirements:

Manage the executive agenda, ensuring all appointments and commitments are organized and communicated effectively.

Coordinate meetings

Develop marketing and branding strategies for Costa Rica, considering the local market dynamics and customer preferences.

Provide excellent customer service to clients, building strong relationships and addressing their needs and concerns promptly.

Formulate customized business proposals tailored to the specific needs of each company, highlighting the value proposition and potential outcomes.

Contribute to the development and regular updating of the website and social media platforms for the relevant line of work, ensuring a professional and engaging online presence.

Research and identify potential target markets and industries for new business opportunities.

Conduct market analysis to understand the competitive landscape, market trends, and customer needs.

Develop a comprehensive business development strategy to effectively reach out to potential clients and acquire new business.

Create a database of prospective clients and maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all leads and interactions.

Craft compelling sales pitches and presentations tailored to the specific needs and pain points of potential clients.

Proactively reach out to potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, email outreach, and networking events.

Schedule and conduct meetings and presentations with potential clients to showcase the value proposition of the service.

Follow up on leads and inquiries promptly to maintain engagement and drive the sales process forward.

Track and report on activities, progress, and results.


Role Description:

DEVELOPING SALES AND MARKETING STRATEGIES

You will be responsible for creating comprehensive sales and marketing strategies aligned with the organization's goals and objectives. This involves conducting market research,

identifying target markets, and determining the most effective channels and tactics to reach potential customers.

MANAGING SALES
You will lead a strategy of sale by providing guidance, training, and support to achieve the sales targets. This includes setting sales goals, monitoring performance, and implementing incentive programs to motivate the team.

BUDGETING AND FORECASTING:
As a marketing sales manager, you will be involved in budgeting and forecasting This includes determining the marketing and sales budget, allocating resources effectively, and tracking expenditures to ensure optimal return on investment.

CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT:
Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers is You will oversee the development and implementation of customer relationship management strategies to enhance customer satisfaction, retention, and loyalty.

ANALYZING MARKET TRENDS AND DATA:
Monitoring market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior is essential. You will analyze market data and customer insights to identify opportunities, optimize marketing campaigns, and refine sales strategies.

COLLABORATION WITH OTHER DEPARTMENTS:
Collaboration with other departments, such as product development, advertising, and finance, is necessary to ensure a cohesive marketing and sales approach. You will coordinate with these departments to align strategies, communicate key messages, and support overall business objectives.
