Job Description :

A premier swimming pool retail store, is seeking a results-driven and experienced Sales Executive with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth. If you are passionate about the swimming pool industry and possess exceptional sales skills, we invite you to join our team.

Essential Functions:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers
  • Address customer concerns and inquiries promptly and effectively
  • Collaborate with the field personnel to ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Stay informed about the latest swimming pool products, equipment, and industry trends
  • Work closely with the inventory and marketing teams to optimize product availability and promotions
  • Ordering and re-ordering of goods
  • Collaborate with other department heads to ensure overall business success
  • Monitor sales metrics and analyze performance data to identify trends and opportunities
  • Implement corrective actions and strategies to address any challenges in reaching sales targets
  • Provide regular reports to upper management on sales performance and forecasts

Requirements
  • Business degree or related qualification
  • Proven experience as Sales Executive in a retail environment, preferably in the swimming pool or construction industry
  • Demonstrated success in consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Strong leadership and motivational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficient in sales analysis and reporting
  • Knowledge of swimming pool products and equipment is a plus
  • Must own working vehicle
