Job Summary:

We are looking for a passionate, qualified Commission Sales Agent to join our team in Trinidad and help us achieve our goals. You will serve in prospecting and building relationships with corporations to provide office furnishing solutions including:

• Office Interior Layout
• Office Furniture Proposals
• Project Management

Our ideal candidate is ambitious, goal-oriented and has exceptional people skills to earn and coordinate projects, overcome obstacles, and meet budgets and timelines.

Responsibilities:

• Prospect and visit target customers for current and future needs.
• Gather accurate project details and requirements for the design team.
• Collaborate with relevant departments to create exceptional proposals.
• Present proposals to customers
• Secure and oversee projects professionally.
• Provide reports and updates to stakeholders.
• Develop and retain positive relationships with customers.
• Ensure all customer problems are resolved quickly and to satisfaction.
• Maintain and update sales and customer records.
• Ensure sales targets are met.
• Be knowledgeable of all products and services offered.

Qualifications and experience

• Proven work experience in the sales profession
• Hands on experience with CRM software and MS Office
• Basic ability to read / comprehend floor plans
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• A team player with high level of dedication and accountability
• Ability to work under strict deadlines
• Commitment to high ethical and professional standards
• A reliable vehicle

Remuneration Package: $10,000.00 + 5% commission
